Lunch & Learn: Meet the Patients

Thursday, Dec. 22
12–1 p.m. (CT)

The Lunch and Learn series is closing out its events for 2022. We have explored how gene therapies get approved, how the research gets done, and how to navigate gene and cell therapy treatment option conversations with a provider. Remember that you can watch all previous Lunch & Learns on demand.

This final event will highlight the journeys and experiences of individuals, or parents of individuals, who have received a gene or cell therapy. Those who have received treatment, whether the treatment has been approved or is in a clinical trial, have greatly helped further the research leading to a growing list of successful gene therapies and have given hope to many others with a rare or genetic disorder.
